1. How long till I can drive my vehicle after a windshield replacement?

   It is recommended to wait approximately 1 hour after the completion of a windshield replacement. Please ask the installer for further details as some conditions may vary, for example weather conditions.

2. How long should I wait to wash my vehicle?

   It is recommended to wait at least 48 hours to wash your vehicle in a high pressure washer. Please ask installer for details.

3. How long should I wait to remove the tape from my window?

   It is recommended to leave the tape on the window until you are done driving for that day. Ask installer for details.

4. How long should I leave my windows vented or slightly open?

   It is recommended that you leave your windows vented or slightly open for at least 8 hours, and especially if it is a hot day. Ask installer for details.

5. Will it raise my insurance rates if I have an insurance claim?

    A windshield repair or replacement should be deamed a no fault claim and it is recommended that you contact your insurance agent for further details and questions.

6. Can you repair a windshield crack without a replacement?

   It is possible to repair a crack depending on the severity of the crack. The severity of the crack needs to be determined by the installer as to  whether or not the crack can be repaired. We recommend replacement.

7. What is OE glass?

   OE glass is the manufacturer recommended original equipment made specifically for your vehicle.:)
